About Dana Dexter

Public servant. Longtime Manchester resident. Practical problem-solver.

Dana Dexter is running for Ward 3 Alderman because he believes local government should work for the people who live, work, and invest in Manchester every day. For more than 20 years, he has dedicated his career to protecting communities and standing up for working families.

A veteran law enforcement professional in New Hampshire, Dana brings a deep commitment to public safety, community well-being, and results-driven leadership. Living in Manchester’s historic Millyard, he sees every day what makes the city special — and what needs to change.

Dana is running as an undeclared candidate because his campaign is about people, not party politics. In his professional role, he is not permitted to engage in partisan political activity, and he sees that as an asset. It means his focus is solely on what works for Manchester and Ward 3, not on advancing a party agenda.

From the Millyard to Queen City Avenue, and from River Road to Union Street, Ward 3 is the heart of Manchester. Dana’s campaign is focused on safer streets, cleaner neighborhoods, stronger local businesses, and a city government that respects taxpayers and delivers results — and with the community’s support, he is ready to make it happen.
